Tracking is your RESPONSIBILITY 
You are responsible for checking your shipment. Please regularly check your shipment and if there is a problem contact us immediately. In most cases, packages wait at the shipping company facility and they return the package after 2 weeks. In these cases, you will be responsible to pay re-shipping which might be the same as the original shipping price. After 3 months of the shipping date, you can not ask for a reimbursement for lost and not delivered packages.
