Shipping policy

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for checking your shipment. If you haven't received your tracking number, or package please contact us immediately. 

Please regularly check your shipment and if you don't receive your package in 3 weeks for international orders and 1 week for domestic orders contact us immediately. International packages wait at the shipping company facility and they return the package after 10 days. In these cases, you will be responsible to pay re-shipping which might be the same as the original shipping price.  After 3 months of the shipping date, you can not ask for a reimbursement for lost and not delivered packages. 

SHIPPING TIMELINE
We ship once a week. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment company in New Jersey. 

DELIVERY TIME
After the books are shipped from the New Jersey fulfillment facility, for international deliveries, depending on the countries it may vary between 21-28 business days. 

For the United States, deliveries may vary between 8-10 business days. 

!!!!!!!! These delivery dates might change due to weather conditions and Covid-19 regulations in each country.   

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

- International Duty and Taxes: Customs requirements, taxes, and fees differ from country to country. You may be required to pay any outstanding taxes or import duties of your country. Please check the taxes and fees with your post office.

- Please double-check your address and phone number: We are not responsible for any returned shipments. Customers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address with zip code, and a phone number with correct country code, paying taxes and customs in their country, and customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped from the same country. If we can not reach you and shipment returns, this package will be treated as abandoned, that order will not be returned back to the USA. And the order status will be considered 'fulfilled'. 

- Please regularly track your shipment as you might need to pay the taxes and fees to able to receive your order.
